I had two technical rounds on BA process and agile methodology. Followed by HR round CEO. All round went well a and HR felt my salary expectation is more and set-up a discussion with CEO of the company. The discussion went well and CEO explained the working model of the company and his expectations from me. The HR did not even have the courtesy to communicate the result. I knew that I cracked all the rounds but don't know the reason. I asked pay as per market standards for BA cum PM role.
