The interview was basically resume reading followed by an offline programming test.
An offer was made without checking my current salary. It was a similar package as the one I had.
One HR meeting with a recruiter to talk about youself then interview with two managers followed by a technical code review with consultants where you had to answer questions about your code.

Entrevista
Fairly simple and straightforward, no stupid personality tests. Just a professional three step interview process, first with TA, then with a manager and salesperson and finally with two consultants. Questions focused on both technical skills and social competencies. How marketable I was and how willing I am to take on different types of assignments in various branches from government to startups.
