Our interview process consists of four rounds:
Group Discussion (GD): To assess candidates' communication skills, teamwork, and ability to express ideas clearly.
Online Assessment: Includes aptitude, logical reasoning, and/or domain-specific questions to evaluate core competencies.
Technical HR Interview: Focuses on technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and understanding of relevant tools or technologies.
Personal HR Interview: Assesses the candidate's personality, cultural fit, career goals, and overall suitability for the organization.
Candidates are shortlisted at each stage based on performance, and final selection is made after the HR round.

In group discussion, they will mainly focus on the quality of speech not quantity. So, focusing on the way of speaking is important. The remaining rounds are quite easier. Aptitude, Programming, Tech HR, General HR are easy to clear.

The interview process was well-structured and not very hard, starting with GD, followed by aptitude, coding, technical, and HR rounds. I attended through campus placements and had a smooth, positive experience throughout. Overall, I would definitely recommend it.
