I felt the conversation could have been handled in a more structured and collaborative manner. When I was asked to introduce my SAP journey, I started explaining my experience, but the discussion was interrupted with instructions to only mention core skills. This made it slightly difficult to present my experience clearly. Additionally, there was significant time spent reviewing and questioning the structure of my resume during the interview itself. I believe it would be more effective if resumes are reviewed in advance so that the discussion can focus more on technical experience and role expectations.
