Upon applying for the job I received a phone call back the same day. This initial contact was very relaxed and friendly, was just a brief how are you, a bit about why you applied, basically a chat so that the recruiter can gauge your personality.
After this I was then called again for a more formal telephone interview which was still very friendly, didn't feel pressurised.
The next stage was an interview at their office with the recruiter which was very enjoyable and was great to get a brief glimpse of the company.
Finally there was an assessment centre with other candidates which again was very relaxed and allowed the recruiters to assess whether your personality was right for the role.

Entrevista
1st stage: 1:1 with Talent Acquisition - teams or in person. Includes a role play scenario - phone call to business/potential client.
2nd stage: Group interview - made up of three tasks. 1st - 60 second pitch on a random statement e.g. cats are better than dogs. 2nd - mock phone call to client, random scenario given. 3rd - pick a CV, pitch it to client in mock face to face meeting.
3rd stage: 1 on 1 interview.
Teams interview with a senior consultant then a second teams interview which was an assessment centre day which lasted two hours. Long and drawn out. Tested character personality and confidence.
within 30 mins, it was a video interview on teams with a very experienced recruiter. Would ask questions based on your cv experiences, especially if ur degree is not related u should give a good reason of why u want to work as a recruitment consultant
