Got invited to a one-to-one interview and was asked briefly about my CV, followed my a role play selling a candidate to a client. Thereafter, was invited to an assessment centre with 5 other candidates. 1. Introduce yourself and some background information. 2. Small presentation with a certain assigned scenario - had to agree or disagree. 3. Role play where you'll be trying to sell a candidate to a client (managing director). 4. Role play where you'll be selling the business to a potential client - given scenarios.
