One stage interview meeting 4 different people. Started with the CEO's secretary for a 'chat' afterwards there was a 30 minute interview with the managing director/partner who asked about the market and general industry questions. The the third person was a team member and so was the fourth, this was more to see if you fit the company profile and culture.
