I interviewed here for the HR Operations Director. I found the process a bit frustrating due to lack of communication. The questions were average and the conversation flowed well. The 1st interview was about 45 minutes and then we walked about a second interview. The process was that a recruiter reached out and booked a phone interview. We met over video for about 45 minutes. I learned about the position and they found out more about my background.
