Applied online and was emailed to schedule a telephone interview with one of their HRBP's. Interviewers was late to call me but apologized. Average questions. Friendly and personable HRBP who explained the company and asked about my experience and what interested me in the role.

Initial phone screening with HR. Lasted about an hour, discussing the role and wanting to know your background. Strong emphasis with experience on acquisitions and Shared Services. Interview advised they are constantly acquiring and would like someone to keep up with the pace. Prefer someone with concrete experience, advise they cannot train for this type of role.
