The process took one month. I went to the assessment centre but I was not successful. There was a motivational phone interview prior to the assessment centre. During the a c there was a one hour case study, a group discussion and an interview based on it. Finally there was a competency based interview. The inverviewers were nice, but they did not look really enthusiastic about their job.
