After application, first round is HR phone interview which is more on behavioral questions and going through my CV, second round is interview with reporting manager, more like a casual chat, then offer received soon after
2 online assessments + 1 phone interview + 1 face to face Interview
phone interview is talking about the HSBC value, get prepared and think one or two good examples for each value.
For face to face interview, it is quite easy. First, get a very simple introduction. Then, the manager ask some behavioral question and about my resume. Its around 30 mins.
