The first stage Simulate Assessment is pleasant in comparison to other software engineering roles. You are given various timed and untimed questions with video interview style framing, to assess your work ethic, collaborative skills and problem solving skills. Completely non-technical for a first stage interview.
Do not concern yourself with technical prowess in computer science for this stage.

Initial psychometrics and coding assessment. Then video interview with Hirevue. Did not make it on to the next round. I think the next rounds are assessment centre and in person interview. It is also a few months process.
