The selection process was quite long, even if it lasted no more than 4 weeks. I had a first screening interview with the manager, two interviews in German (as it was a requirement for the job), one interview with the global manager of the project and one final interview with the two aforementioned managers and an additional project manager. In each round I was asked my motivation, why I think I was a good fit, etc.
