1 phone screening interview.
2 on-site interviews before actually getting the job.
First took 1 hour with 2 interviewers, one for persona/behavioral interview (30 minutes), and then a technical interview (30 minutes).
Second was with the SW group manager which mostly talked about the company and its products but also included a mix of both behavioral and technical (high-level) questions.

Describe your last job role in the most simple way.
Pros:
Collaborative and friendly work environment
Opportunities to learn and grow, especially for freshers
Supportive team and approachable management
Flexibility in work schedule and good work-life balance
Exposure to real-time projects and modern tools
Cons:
Limited advancement opportunities in some departments
Processes can be slow at times due to internal dependencies
Compensation may not be at par with industry leaders, but fair for the level
After successfully completing all the interviews and being selected, I was deeply disappointed to never receive the offer letter as promised. This experience has been extremely disheartening. Waste of time and energy.
