Phone interview with HR and a f2f interview with manager and colleague. The HR seemed very busy and not very interested in the job that she was taking about
There was a written test, 20 questions, pretty easy.
Took around 1 month the whole process.
Muchos rounds de entrevistas pero vale la pena conocer a los directivos, sus experiencias. Son muy abiertos a responder dudas y son transparentes en el proceso. Hay que preparar muchos casos practicos para seguir avanzando en las etapas.

Entrevista
It was smooth, a bit long, as it was 4 interviews until the final decision, but not hard to handle. It started with the HR team, and after with the department manager, local manager and a future team-mate, in that order. All have to give you their green light to move to the next person.
