Applied online, Got a call back in a week for interview. interview was pretty simple. Personal interview with basic questions and some questions related to situations like what would you do if XYZ and etc and some more questions related to previous work experience. Then i had a technology test which has a basic computer related questions(around 40). After that i had a typing test followed by a set of instructions to do as said by interviewer like open the explorer, go to some website, find out the section of careers in that website and so on. Then i was given a chance to have a look at how actually is the real work environment. Thats it. Then received a call back in two days that i am hired. Accepted it.
