I appreciated the HR’s responsiveness and updates throughout most of the recruitment process. However, after completing the final interview, communication stopped completely despite several follow-ups on my end. Providing a simple closure update regardless of the outcome would have shown more professionalism and respect for candidates’ time and effort.
