The word “want” implies a lack of choice, which is misleading. We offer a minimum 3-year employment as part of the employment package. If it doesn’t align with your career goals, you are free to decline, as you did. No one is forced into any agreement. Many of our employees who accepted the 3-year bond have expressed satisfaction with the experience and growth they’ve gained, which equips them for future career advancement.
2) "They will manipulate and lowball you."
This statement is unsubstantiated and harmful. Our compensation packages are designed to be competitive and reflect the market value of the role. We invest heavily in the development and training of new hires, especially those early in their careers. We expect mutual respect in return. We encourage you to consider your words carefully, as making such serious accusations without basis can damage the reputation of individuals and organizations alike.
In conclusion, you are entitled to share your experiences and make your own decisions. However, if the terms we offer don’t meet your expectations, there's no need to resort to false or exaggerated claims. Let’s engage in dialogue that is respectful and constructive.
