Phone Interview, and if successful, they invite you for group interview.
Group interview was very informal, and chill. There were a lot of what I thought were irrelevant group activities to get to know people better. An activity I personally liked was when at the end of the group interview we had to choose 3 garments to create an outfit that were under 50 pounds and give a presentation to everyone why you picked them, and who your fashion role model is.

I got an interview with 2 interviewer. Common questions and some of professional. They provided relaxed atmosphere, make me feel easy. Especially how to deal with some problems. Not too hard.

Entrevista
It was a group interview. They asked us about fashion and what we know about H&M and it’s background. We also had a task in groups to come up with good answers to the questions given, we also had to present.
It was a group interview, we did group tasks like styling people for different occasions and answering . It was pretty focused on the company values and if you have a love for fashion.
