Called and did an online interview and didn't even realize it was an interview until i hung up. The people were super fun to talk to and we got along well. Came in for a second interview, but they forgot and had to rescramble everyone out on the floor, so the managers could give me a duo interview. Asked the basic interview questions, why i was interested, what makes me a good worker. Why should they hire me. Etc etc. Got the job after the interview and set up my start date.
