I filled out the online application and got a call about two weeks later from a manager setting up the phone interviews. Approximately 5 days later there was a phone interview. Then they asked me to come in for an interview with a hiring manager in the store. I ended up just filling out a background check form and that was it.
I got an interview with 2 interviewer. Common questions and some of professional. They provided relaxed atmosphere, make me feel easy. Especially how to deal with some problems. Not too hard.

It was a group interview. They asked us about fashion and what we know about H&M and it’s background. We also had a task in groups to come up with good answers to the questions given, we also had to present.
It was a group interview, we did group tasks like styling people for different occasions and answering . It was pretty focused on the company values and if you have a love for fashion.
