I only did the first call with a recruiter. I said no to further interviews because the ISR role offers no commissions and its a $25/hr pay. They said 2-3 years for advancement to AE role from ISR.

Tips: make your personal and professional story into a conversation and ask follow up questions instead of technical questions ask were there values stand and listen to their tone as well. This is what made me switch I was already working on another company but the interaction I had in the interview was really good and I eventually took the job. The funny part the first person I saw and interviewed became my supervisor 🤣.
