Had my interview with the general manager at the South El Monte location. I’m told they used to be headquartered in Pasadena, but that they are a growing company and outgrew their former location. The GM seemed like a chill guy, and it seemed like he was just as interested in telling me about his company as he was hearing me telling him about me. After the interview (more of a lengthy conversation), he took me on a tour of the building. Multiple crews’ sleeping quarters, kitchen, shower, bathrooms, and a big room (under construction) that he said was going to be the crews’ dayroom. I was introduced to a crew that was there having lunch and they had cool looking uniforms and were chill.
