Initial phone interview with outsourced HR representative followed by Zoom interview with the company and a final in person interview at the firm. The phone interview with their HR company was great and very professional. The next 2 interviews with the firm were a little shady. They asked me several personal questions I have never been asked in an interview before. They asked if I was married and had family. They also asked if I was on my wife's medical and dental plans. They also asked how far of a drive I would have to the job as well. These seemed to me to be questions you shouldn't be asking a potential employee. It seemed to be more questions about my personal life rather than the job.
