Quick chat with HR, quick chat with hiring manager, two technical interviews (one with coding challenge and code review, the other a systems design challenge), next step I believe was another interview with the team but I didnt make it that far :( Everyone was very friendly, responded within a reasonable period of time, and were kind enough to not ghost me at the end.

Interview spanned multiple rounds over the course of several weeks. The communication between the person running the process was awful. It would take several days to respond to simple inquiries or get information on what the next round entailed. Would often get responses a few hours before next round basically going in blind. After several rounds gave a panel interview with little to no engagement and absolutely no feedback. Was not prompted on what they even wanted the panel discussion on so who knows if it even met their requirements (due to above lack of communication). Took a while to pry any response back and was eventually rejected no feedback as to reason in final communication. Company showed absolutely no respect for candidate time or even a clear understanding of what they wanted. Total time sink.
