Very quick process with quick updates and scheduling and compared to other companies not too many steps - screening call, then 3 interviews. I was provided with plenty of prep material and a prep session which was super helpful. The interviewers were genuinely really nice and helpful and I can confidently say I genuinely enjoyed the interviews and learned a lot from them. The only improvement I’d suggest are the recruiters - they weren’t that responsive and ignored most of my emails, I was even provided with incorrect information about my first interview which definitely affected how I performed. I also really didn’t like that I had to book a call to find out that I was rejected - this was a waste of time as the recruiter couldn’t provide any feedback so really should have been an email.
