The Associate Manager Program is very structured, so you know what to expect. There is an initial screen of your resume and background, and then the onsite interviews consisted of 4 separate 1:1 interviews, with some focused on culture fit and others focused on case questions/cognitive ability.

1. Recruiter call to understand your interest and fit for the role. The recruiter was very helpful in ensuring you are succesful for upcoming interviews by offering an interview prep session.
2. Two 45 minute interviews that are a mix of technical role related questions and behavioral questions.
