Solicité el puesto a través de un captador. Acudí a una entrevista en Google (Los Angeles, CA) en feb 2020
Entrevista
The interview process was very disorganized since Google has a certain approach to how they interview. The interviewer sent the prep materials the night before when I had the interview at 7am. It was very frustrating because we were in touch for a few weeks.
Also, the second round interview was not good. The interviewer had a very thick accent and a very slow internet connection, so it was very difficult to understand.
If I rated this experience, it would be a 2 out of 10 unfortunately. I spent a long time preparing only to find out they'd like a certain framework of thinking through each question, a case study reviewed, etc. The recruiter sending me the packet the night before and the poor internet connection of the interviewer really frustrated me.

The interview questions are not so much questions but scenarios.
The process is really complicated, questions are really detailed. Need to prepare. Wishing you all huge success! I had 3 rounds and a prep call. Recruiters are really easy going and responsive.
Disorganized recruiting with random meeting invites with no explanations. Interviewer wasn’t welcoming at all and seemed to not care at all about the interview. The feedback call after the interview sounded like recruiter was reading an AI generating summary of the interview, which felt not personal at all. Overall awful experience.
