manager themselves know nothing. what will they ask? utter waste of time. Human resource keeps playing and wandering around. hardly 1% is working force who actually work. i wonder, how is this company surviving. hardly ask any technical question in interview.

I attended interview at 4.8 yr of exp in Java technology and Two Round of Technical Interview in one day at Client Side Cisco. Interview was mostly on Java/hibernate/spring with design pattern ..they wont ask much in details.
