Entrevista
It was quite a good process, I had one telephonic round, thereafter I have been sent to Client Side Interview Process, i.e in Ericsson Gurgaon. There I had been taken two rounds of Technical Discussion and one more round was Manager's Interaction which was quite good.
After getting offer letter, I have not been provided competitive salary package. Even while discussing some concerns or negotiating with HR, HR was getting irritated. I don't know why HR sometimes behaves likes as if they are going to pay our salary. As far as I got to know company is very good but they don't provide such hike to employees. So I won't prefer and suggest you guys don't waste your time. Otherwise, after getting cleared each and every round HR will let you know that you are demanding too high as per their so called budget.

Entrevista
The overall experience of interview was good. The interviewer asked common questions from Technical Skills like HTML,CSS & SQL and some questions for checking my IQ level. Overall the interviewer expects candidates to good at least basic knowledge of thier field.

The interview process itself was well planned and organized: a conversation with HR and a technical interview (both theoretical and coding), which started with a set of questions from the hiring manager (very convenient). I was initially told that they were looking for a junior+/entry level specialist. They were happy with how all the interviews went and evaluated my level as an "advanced junior", which I knew was what they were looking for. In their feedback email, they wrote that because I was rated Junior+, I didn't meet their expectations and they couldn't offer me a job.

I got a call from HR to schedule interview by next day (Friday )only as she said they will close the react developer hiring by this week only. I asked her to schedule on monday , as I already had weekend plans and prebooking. I cancelled everything just for the interview as the HR was in hurry to take the interview. First round is completed by next day and got the feedback by same day in evening that I have cleared the first round (I approached HR many time for the feedback).From this day I have been asking that HR for second and final round, she is not replying back or not receiving my calls. Once she picked the call and said that we don't have any managers free to take managerial round, I will schedule once I get any slot available. Its been more then 10 days she is not picking calls and not updating me further. I am still waiting. Such a pathetic behavior. It is very frustrating to wait for such things. At least keep a proper communication. we candidates are ok to wait for a months if they keep us updated regarding the process. Here I don't have any update not even proper communication.
