It was two rounds of telephonic conversation at first which lasted one hour each. After that, I was called for an in-person interview at their Pune location where a senior management guy just asked about titbits of technical understanding of .Net. And that's all.

It's a good experience where everything is structured and organised .panel has good technical expertise.HR also supportive and had shown professionalism while conducting this.It's a very good exposure i got after having this interview.
