straight forward interview process. interviews are all a 2 way talk and not question answers which make the interview easy and clear there are 3 round plus a hr round

I had a disappointing interview experience with Globallogic for the Data Engineer role. The interviewer joined the session 15 minutes late. The interview was conducted via Monjin, but unfortunately, the professionalism I expected was missing. During the session, the interviewer asked questions but didn’t bother to listen to my answers—seemed distracted and busy with other work at the same time. It felt more like a formality than a genuine evaluation of my skills. For a company of this scale, at the very least, I would expect interviewers to stay professional, give candidates their full attention, and respect the effort and preparation put in. This experience left me with a very negative impression of the company’s interview process.
