Group interview and then a trial on floor. Really fun and went fast. You don't have to wear Glassons clothing to be accepted at any point in the interview stages, just match the vibe.

Horrible experience. Called me 2 hours before the interview asking me to come in for a recruitment night, they gave me the wrong time on the phone so I ended up showing up 10 minutes late. There were over 30 girls in a room and we were put into groups of 4 to put an outfit together. Following this we were then asked to introduce the person next to us and then what customer service means to you. Throughout the whole interview I probably said 3 sentences as thats all I was able to get in. There was no possible way for them to pick people properly. I made it through to the second stage which was the live interview. We were literally given a head set and thrown onto the floor. Just told to interact with customer which was kinda pointless as most of them were just looking and didn't need any help. They then put me on fitting rooms which was pointless as there was no one trying on clothes. The person who was interviewing us was not watching at all and I would say they'd already made up their mind before we went out. Overall I would say this was the worst interview experience I've ever had and that Glassons should maybe introduce some more individual components to their interview so they can actually pick the right candidate. I'm still waiting to hear back but definitely don't want to work there based on this experience
