An interview with a recruiter, followed by a Skype interview with 3 managers (usually its 4). Final round is a presentation followed by questions. Glassdoor is a company that specialises in reviewing interview processes so clearly they've picked up a thing or 2 along the way. Interview was suitably difficult for a job that requires 1 years relevant experience. Everybody was pleasant, professional but didn't take themselves too seriously. Advice to management: Ditch the presentation and do a role play or mock call instead. Presentations are great for cultural fit and getting to know the person but it's nothing a few questions can't solve.

I met Marijka and Caroline who made me feel so at ease from the second I walked in the door. They were both chatty and bubbly and allowed for a very open conversation. It was around my background and how my experience can relate to the position. A few competency based questions thrown in too. Mainly about what motivates you and your growth mindset. The interview was 45 minutes and the a 30 minute role play.
