Entrevista
I had an in-person interview with hiring manager. Then, I submitted resume and cover letter. Interviewed with 3 different PR members: intern, associate, and director. It was about a 2.5 hour process. They all had reviewed my resume and wanted to hear my story. They all wanted to know my experience with media relations. They all appreciated that I printed out my resume and cover letter for them and wrote hand-written thank you letters after the interviews.

Entrevista
I first had a phone interview with a recruiter. Then another phone interview with a member of the corporate communications team a week later. The following week I had two separate video conferences via Blue Jean with two more members of the corporate communications team. I had one final interview after that. These interviews were great because they were conversational and you could tell each team member was trying to get to know me as a person. All team members were transparent and honest during these interviews; you could tell they embodied what Glassdoor stands for.
The recruiters I worked with were very responsive and accommodating. They always answered back within hours to follow up with any questions I had. After each interview, they followed-up within a day to touch bases with me. I was actually offered a job with another company before Glassdoor made an the offer, and the recruiter I worked with sped up the process to make sure I did not lose the other job offer if Glassdoor did not work out. This made me realize that Glassdoor truly cared about me as a person and wanted me to come out of this situation with either a job with Glassdoor or a job with the other company. It meant a lot.
