Entrevista
I can't speak highly enough of my experience interviewing for the SDR position! My interview process with Glassdoor in Chicago took roughly three weeks. The process began with a phone screen; a very pleasant 15-20 minute discussion with a Sales Development Manager about the role and my background. I was invited to interview with four additional Sales team members via Google Hangout. Each conversation revealed something new and attractive about the position and Glassdoor as a whole. My conversations were very much two-sided and I was given the opportunity to ask plenty of questions. This round of interviews took about two hours. The final round consisted of a 15 minute presentation "selling yourself" to a handful of Sales team members (some of whom I had spoken with previously, a few I had never met). Again, I felt completely comfortable and confident going into the presentation. I was able to let my personality come through while simultaneously demonstrating how I would be a valuable member of the team. The Sales team did a fantastic job of explaining the role and responsibilities as well as the company culture even though I'm sure they were all dealing with the tremendous adjustment and changes associated with the transition to the Chicago office. I appreciate the helpful feedback I received along the way. By the end of the process, I was 100% sold on Glassdoor and I would have accepted my offer if I was able to relocate at this point in my life.

I met Marijka and Caroline who made me feel so at ease from the second I walked in the door. They were both chatty and bubbly and allowed for a very open conversation. It was around my background and how my experience can relate to the position. A few competency based questions thrown in too. Mainly about what motivates you and your growth mindset. The interview was 45 minutes and the a 30 minute role play.

Overall interview process was one of the nicest interviews I’ve had.
First phone call with recruiter, (informal and get to know you and a bit on your background)
This lead to an on site interview the following week with two sales managers. Two genuine lovely women who I connected with immediately.
45 mins of competency based interview questions
Then a 15 minute mock call.

I had a phone screen with a recruiter who went through why I wanted to work there and general questions such as why I’m looking to move and my salary expectations etc. I then had a face to face interview with manager which was a 45 minute competency based interview and then a 15 minute qual call that I had to prepare for and I also had to prepare a question that was asked in the interview - how I would secure 100 opportunities in a quarter.
