Gilead used their candidate database to reach out to me regarding current FRM opportunities. This was for a position which I had previously applied just weeks earlier but didn't move anywhere. We had a conversation the following week which was very positive about moving me forward in this process. I followed the next steps to apply to 2 nearby territories and was reassured that I would be pushed forward to speak with someone on the team later that same week (or next). That week came and went. Unfortunately, no updates until two and a half weeks later at which point I am emailed that I won't be moving forward. No feedback.

A recruiter reached out to me, we had a 30 minute call and he encouraged me to apply. He advised he would keep in touch during the whole process regardless of if they move forward with me or not. I appied and sent him an email. He never responded. I received a denial email with no feedback from the recruiter as he promised. Super disappointing. Even if they don't move forward with you, please do what you say you're going to do.
