I didn't get an invite to interview until 3 months after applying and then I had a call with the recruiter that went well. The interview with the hiring manager was clearly not a good fit. The role required skills not indicated at all in the job description or during the recruiter call, making me feel incredibly stupid and looked down upon. I didn't ever hear back with a rejection and it was a complete waste of time.
