Hands down, the worst candidate experience I've encountered in my 20+ year career. Initial discussions with the team seemingly went very well and I was asked to interview with their panel. Then I was strung along for several weeks and ghosted. Follow-up correspondence and phone calls to the recruiter were ignored. If this is a reflection of Gilead's culture and respect for prospective employees, then I obviously dodged a bullet.
