The Gilead web site is easy to use and appears to be updated regularly. Initial phone interview was with HR. A second phone interview was one on one with hiring manager. Hiring manager used the *STAR* method of interview where you describe the Situation that you were in or the Task that you needed to accomplish, a description of the Action taken, and lastly, the Result. Overall the hiring manager was pleasant.

Three round interview and as usual ghosted for fourth stage. No feedback. It was a summary of your skills, cultural fit, behavioural questions and the same job is getting reposted.
