I learned of this position from a recruiter who connected me directly with an internal person at Gilead. A month after a phone interview with both the recruiter and the internal contact, I received a call from HR asking me to do another phone interview with them and with the director of clinical operations. I was flown in two days later to do 5 interviews (all 1 on 1) and 4 days later I did one more phone interview. I was given a verbal offer right after that last phone interview and received the official offer the following morning.
