You will spend a whole day at the main campus in Foster City. The hiring manager is the one to welcome the candidate and then there is a series of 30min. interviews with people from different functional areas with whom you would interact. There is also a lunch with two people who might have interviewed you already or will do so later in the day. A presentation is required to a groups of fellow biostatisticians who will ask about it and evaluate your communications skills.
