The recruiter for the organization seemed disorganized. Not only did she call me once to tell me that I was not selected for the job, but a week later calls me again to tell me the same thing. There was also a disconnect between the timing of when they would make a decision and what would be the next steps between the hiring manager and the recruiter.

The process was well defined. Structure and expectations were shared up front. Position was clearly defined as was the overall process. It was timely and thorough. It was a great experience overall.
