Phone screening for the first round talking to two engineering managers. The second round is the remote online coding session separated into two parts. Each part was done with 2-3 interviewers.

First a phone interview with an online, shared screen coding question. Next, 3 hours of in-person questions and coding exercises with different groups of people. The coding questions weren't particularly difficult, but apparently they were evaluating me on paired coding ability. This was something they did NOT express to me (or it was not made clear, if they did), nor did they make any effort to nudge me in that direction. Essentially became a "gotcha" moment... Too bad they wasted half a day of my time in the process.
