I was quickly invited for a screen with the recruiter. The call was described as informational and as a non formal interview.

The recruiter started by asking about myself as a person, my interests and how I was doing as a whole human during these unprecedented times. This is the first time I've ever been asked this by a recruiter. It was refreshing.

Interviewing process was described in good detail. If I were to move forward I would speak with the hiring manager in the role, followed by a final interview with an organized team. It seemed straightforward and made sense.

We discussed my alignment to the position, my goals and needs.

The recruiter was very knowledgable about the business. As a benefits professional I was highly impressed with her benefits knowledge and with Getty Image's benefit package overall.

Recruiter was transparent regarding compensation. Even though I was above budget, she followed up promptly and let me make the decision on whether I would be interested in moving forward and even shared the benefits package so I could see the big picture.

Unfortunately I could not make the sacrifice on compensation. I am still very impressed by how Getty Images seems to care for employees and have cared for them during the time of Covid-19.

I was asked to schedule a phone screen. Subsequently, I conducted a phone interview with the Hiring Manager, also the director of the analytics department.

I was then asked to complete a thorough written assignment.

Just dealing with the coordinator was a challenge in and of itself. Her ability to follow through on her own next steps was confusing all the way to the instructions on the interview. Long story short, having a V.P. of your company texting in the middle of your answers told me everything i needed to know.

Was reached out by the recruiter to interview with the hiring manager. Sent in my availabilities 2x, multiple days apart. Was ghosted. Not sure why they even reached out in the first place.

Interviewed multiple times by multiple people over several days. On the eve of decision Covid 19 closed operations. I followed up several times without response from the hiring executive. I tried following up a couple more times giving the benefit of the doubt. Not a single response.

The senior manager of talent acquisition emailed me to schedule a phone call. It took us a month to get this scheduled, due to her not responding to emails, and after I followed up many times, she finally called me without scheduling, and talked to me for 3 minutes (no exaggeration). She started with "Do you have any questions for me?" And I asked several questions which she refused to give proper answer to, saying that this question should be asked from the hiring manager. Extremely rude, unprofessional and disrespectful.  She wasted my time for a month and then this was how she treated me. Honestly, I would never recommend working for a company who puts such individual as company's representation.

I didn't feel like the recruiter tailored the questions for the role in the initial phone screen. The questions asked exemplified zero creativity and defaulted to the standard questions such as "What are your strengths?" and "What are your weaknesses?" For a position that requires a minimum of 5 years, I was expecting more intricate questions that would pull out more behavioral experiences. I was asked an irrelevant question: "What is your management style" when the role I was interviewing for would have no direct reports. Needless to say, the initial phone interview felt ineffective. For my video interview with the hiring manager, the internet connection at their corporate office was so poor that we eventually had to continue the interview on the phone after trying the video for 2 minutes. Lastly, like many others have stated, the interview process dragged and dragged with minimal follow-up. After I finished my interview with the hiring manager, it took the recruiter 2 months afterwards to reach back out to schedule a final onsite. Due to the poor candidate experience, I withdrew my candidacy and didn't accept the invitation to a final onsite.

Process was extremely long and painful. Started with recruiter call followed by technical screen with the manager, I was later given a week's time to work on data challange, I didn't hear from them for weeks and reached out and was told to wait few more weeks since they are working on other stuff.. I reached out again after a month and got a email from the recruiter saying they have finalized a candidate...

I finished onsite and got offer from other companies with whom I started much later, I think I did really well on take home but dissopointed with getty images and it's process. They didn't offer any relocation nor the compensation was that exciting but I thought brand had reputation which it doesn't after going through this.

Had one short call with a recruiter and then a follow-up call with the hiring manager. Hiring manager basically spent the call describing the role and the company and just asked me to walk through my background. Background and experience appeared to be a perfect match for what they were looking for but was not included for the next round of interviews.
