The interview went really well — the conversation flowed naturally, and the interviewer gave very positive feedback. However, the experience afterward was disappointing. The recruiter initially informed me that I’d progressed to the next round, but then went silent. Despite following up multiple times, I received no response. When I finally managed to speak with them, I was unexpectedly told that I hadn’t moved forward after all, with no feedback shared. It felt quite confusing and unprofessional, especially after initially being told I’d advanced.

The interview process was straightforward. In total there will be 4 rounds - team, SPM, VP and CEO. I was able to crush all the 3 rounds from the feedbacks I got, but the HR never prioritized me for the final round with CEO and just ghosted. Terrible experience for the candidate who prepared and gave well structured answers for all the rounds.
Please skip them as they are not serious about hiring.

I was recently interviewed for PM role. Following was how my experience was.
First and foremost, I haven't seen HR this professional and responsible ever. There were four rounds of interviews in total, and the HR was supremely prompt after every step.
Coming to the inter rounds. The first two rounds were Technical, the third one was with the co-founder, and the fourth one was a cultural fitment round with senior HR.
The entire process was concluded in less than a week's time.
The interviewers were extremely professional, polite and well experienced.
A little more about my experience:
After i received the offer letter, i was invited to join them in their yearly retreat. This alone says a LOT about how much the management trusts their future employees. If this is how well they treat their future employees, one can only imagine how supportive the management would be towards their employees.
Unfortunately, i couldn't join them because some of my other plans got into play. However, had that not been the case, i would have joined them without a second's thought.
If you ever get a chance to work with them, don't think twice. This is an employee-first company, and you can already see why!

I wasn't asked typical PM questions in a standard format. The team was smart enough to evaluate me by asking indirect questions (which by the way is great sign). However, being thorough with the following kinds of questions would truly help:
1. Your previous experience - The will ask you about your experience based on your CV. If you make stuff up, the interviewer will see through you. Be structured with our responses, but DO NOT bluff.
2. Root Cause Analysis (RCAs) - They will evaluate you on how you think.
3. Favourite Product and how can you improve it.
4. Product Launch
