Only asked very specific questions about your research experience and nothing else. Only cared about how your experience related to the PI's current projects. Wants you to write 2 cover letters and read 3 journal articles before the interview. Did not say anything about their current research. It was a one way interview.

It was very friendly and up front. Everyone was nice and stated the requirements clearly regarding what was expected of you. They were open to training you as well. The interview was set up through email and they were very prompt in the process of hiring

Applied via a form but some reached out via email asking for positions. One interview with questions about prior interest and experience in the field and what to get out of it, and then followed by technical excel data analysis test.

it went very smoothly, and they are very flexible about time and schedule and respect about your interest of research. the process took about 2 weeks, which is very quick. The staff also all very helpful in term of answering questions for onboarding
