It was very friendly and up front. Everyone was nice and stated the requirements clearly regarding what was expected of you. They were open to training you as well. The interview was set up through email and they were very prompt in the process of hiring

Applied via a form but some reached out via email asking for positions. One interview with questions about prior interest and experience in the field and what to get out of it, and then followed by technical excel data analysis test.

it went very smoothly, and they are very flexible about time and schedule and respect about your interest of research. the process took about 2 weeks, which is very quick. The staff also all very helpful in term of answering questions for onboarding
