It was a strange situation where they requested to see my screen/camera, but I was unable to see anything on their end (except hear their voices). I flipped through my portfolio and answered any questions - the interviewers were friendly - but they ONLY asked questions about my work and portfolio. Discussion about the job or company did not start until I started asking specific questions about responsibilities or work atmosphere.

The interview went smoothly overall, but the interviewer took long pauses before asking each question. Those pauses created several awkward moments of silence, making the conversation feel slower and less natural.

I had 1 interview with the design director and design manager. It was straightforward and they asked about my skills and experience. It did not seem as hard as I thought it would be.
