Entrevista
Interview process was quite good and was well organized.they took two technical F2F rounds,one managerial followed by HR.
In technical f2f round they simply ask testing related questions, process related questions and configuration related questions.
HR person didnot call for salary negotiation, she directly sent a breakup of salary and were not in a mood to negotiate on that part.
Overall it was good experience to work with Genpact headstrong capital markets.
Its really very nice company to excel in your career.

The Interview was not that good. The interviewer was having a very attitude and he even thinks he was correct and asked some stupid questions. When I answered the questions he said no it is wrong, howeverI am pretty sure that is the correct method.. however he is saying he is correct... I got pissed of and I show him the method.. he reject me .

First written test, then face to face. Was quite hectic and unorganised. Had to wait for whole day. Written test taken after 3 hours of waiting then again had to wait for another 3 hours for face to face
